Inspirar Restorative Justice brings real classroom and administrator experience from work in alternative educational spaces to the services offered. Problem solving circles and restorative conversations, as well as, restorative conferencing have provided positive results in place suspensions and expulsions as a means of discipline. IRJ has infused restorative circles to build culture and deal with all conflict in a restorative manner.
